Nansen Leisure Fund is created by the idea of founder E.F. La Lau (Nansen Capital) , to create, design and fundraise for leisure projects. The company is based in The Netherlands and focuses on the Spanish leisure markt. The Nansen Leisure Fund is based in Luxembourg and issue´s Bonds (sicav).

Investments are for short time base (5 years), with a quick return on investment. The projects (to be) created are for the long time base (20 years), with a constant cashflow and re investments.

The goal of Nansen Leisure Fund is to capitalize and realise the leisure park ideas of the founder E.F. La Lau.
Intellectual property of the projects and ideas of the founder have been transferred from the founder in private to Nansen Leisure Fund.

Investments can be made for a time period of maximal 5 Years by bonds. By every half year a interest 4% is paid out, after 5 Years your basic invest shall be returned.  All invests are made in a mix of leisure real estate, ground and exploitation. These investments can be done by individual projects and are fully invest in the project you like to invest in.  See investor info.
